UK Launch new Avanti H

Avanti EB – Magazine Review
In the MMM Magazine this month (2nd February in the shops, issue March 2017) there is a six page review of la strada’s new Avanti EB. Based on the Ducato looks an interesting option. The club gets a mention in the article “Webbs has introduced itself to the La Strada Owners’ Club, hosting an early-season rally – and again, feedback from both sides is highly positive.”

Webb la strada UK VIP Launch
Webb’s VIP product launch had to be rescheduled due to a delay in the production of Fiats with the new Euro 6 engine. The first date put forward was during the West of the UK Tour, which would have been inconvenient for many members. This event will now probably take place in November!
You may be interested to know that there is now a Regent L and a Regent S on show at Webb’s Warminster branch. Avanti models [EB, XL, C and L] are being dispatched soon (may already be there!). Orders for Regents and a Nova have already been taken.
It is a shame that la strada have been unable to secure display space at the NEC exhibition in October (however, Marco thinks they may have a stand for February and a larger area for the show in October 2017 has been applied for).
We were pleased to spend some time on the la strada stand at the Dusseldorf Messe, where the entire range was displayed. There was huge interest in the vehicles and the stand was always busy. Th
ere is now a 12 month wait for delivery of a new la strada. Production is now up to 325 units a year; they have taken on extra staff and now have 50 employees. The absolute maximum of vehicles that they can produce is around 350 in the space they have and to maintain the quality of the product.
